What we keep, and who sees it

What leaves the platform, and why
- Chart calculation: your birth date, time and place coordinates, without your name, go to our calculation server.
- Finding a place: the birth place you type goes to a map service.
- Email: sign-in links, invitations and notices go out through email services.
- Errors: if something breaks, we get a report with personal details removed.
- AI: AI features send what they need to an AI service, on MindShift's account, the provider's own account, or your business's own account, depending on who offers the feature.

What we never do
- Sell your data.
- Show you ads, or use analytics or advertising trackers.
- Use your content to train AI.
- Share you with another provider without asking. Joining a second provider always asks you first.
How your tools work together
Your tools can use each other's data to help you, for example journal prompts based on goals you set on a board. This only ever uses what the person seeing the result is already allowed to see: a coach never sees, through this, anything you haven't shared with them.
Your choices
- See or correct your data: most of it is in Settings.
- Share or stop sharing: use the Share button on a desire or a board.
- We keep your birth data and charts until you ask us to delete them. Closing your account deletes nothing, and being removed or suspended doesn't delete anything either, so everything is there if you come back.
- Delete everything: email support@mindshiftagency.com. Within a month we permanently delete everything about you, on every site. Backups clear on their own schedule.
- Get a copy, or have a provider delete its copy: email support@mindshiftagency.com. MindShift holds your record; each provider you work with has a copy.
- If a provider leaves the platform, your record stays with MindShift and doesn't go with them.
